Multi-Plan and Multi-Control from Bruckner

Multi-Plan is a control terminal and Multi-Control is a process visualisation system for use with both textile finishing and special-purpose machinery. The Multi-Plan terminal supports the following production processes:

• Organisation and control of any number of production lines, irrespective of maker
• Central production planning, control and process monitoring of the current machine status from the office PC
• Central recipe formulation from office PC
• Reproducibility of recipes on various machines
• Recording of all production and quality data (eg. for ISO purposes)
• Easy access to previous process data for management reports
• Machine alarm manager with malfunction reports that can be freely configured
• Central maintenance manager (maintenance suggestions for all machines)
• Multi-Control is a system for linking Multi-Plan control terminals to provide central production planning and control. Constant process control is facilitated via the easily surveyable numerical and graphic screen display of setpoints and actual values of the machine parameters. It is easy to operate, with intuitive setting and controlling of the production processes via a touch-screen, says the company. It offers better economic efficiency through reproducible production made possible with the optional facility for recipe management. This is called MULTI-CONTROL PLUS and offers the shortest possible setting-up times. There is also an optional remote maintenance unit.
