Morrison completed the installation of a 24-rope indigo dye range and integrated denim finishing range for Kilim's continued expansion and its need for flexibility in processing lighter denim fabrics and multiple dye applications. The indigo dye range installation includes the Morrison FCS Process System, introduced at ITMA 2003, which is designed to safeguard the dyeing process. This system includes intuitively designed screens that show continuous data monitoring of recipe set points and process interaction, giving the operator an excellent machine- and system-control tool.
